We offer a 3-day return period from the day you receive your order.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can discuss a replacement or other available options.

We stand behind our products and carefully inspect every item before it ships. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted using natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and pattern are to be expected. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
